Eligibility conditions

Applicants can be of any nationality, but in order to be eligible for the Early Stage Research (ESR) positions the following specific Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions eligibility criteria apply:

• Researchers are required to undertake trans-national mobility (i.e. move from one country to another) during this position.
• Applicants cannot apply for an ESR position hosted in a country where they have resided, worked, or studied for more than 12 months in the 3 years immediately prior to the start of recruitment. 
• The applicants must be in the first four years of their research careers and not yet have been awarded a doctoral degree. The four years start to count from the date when a researcher obtained the degree (e.g. Master’s degree) which would formally entitle him/her to embark on a doctorate.
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English language is required.
